Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Are there any big up-front costs?
Definitely not!  It is beyond doubt that both our customer service and our treatment programs are the best in the country.  It is this confidence that makes us recommend all our clients pay in monthly installments, NOT pay for their treatment program up front.  That way once you are rehabilitated, you don’t pay for more than you need to.  With our no-commitment, month by month programs, if your circumstances change, you suffer financial hardship, or you simply change your mind and no longer want treatment, you are able to cancel your program with only one-month notice.  The Institute will still continue to service and rehabilitate you for the remaining time you have left.  We do not want customers, we want raving fans.

How long does it take to treat my problem?
This depends on the individual and also the treatment program in question, but typically treatment programs will last 6-12 months.

Will I get rehabilitated?
Your Institute doctor will be able to answer this question for you, since this depends on each individual and also which condition you suffer from.  Although results are immediate in most cases, typically you will be fully rehabilitated within 12 months.

How do I get in touch with the Institute to make an appointment?
Simple, just call 1300 893 993 and one of our Clinical Support Consultants will talk you through the process and book you in to speak to one someone in our National Network of Doctors.  If you are not ready to make an appointment with a Doctor, please feel free to call our Clinical Support Consultants who will be able to answer all of your questions.
